Job description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure strict adherence to regulatory frameworks including IFRS and Ind AS, alongside compliance with industry benchmarks such as CARO.
  • Oversee assurance projects from initial planning stages through to execution and final reporting phases.
  • Provide leadership to teams ensuring delivery of superior quality services aligned with client expectations.
  • Identify and implement process enhancements to optimize operational efficiency.

Candidate Profile

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years of post-qualification experience primarily in statutory audit or allied areas.
  • Possession of Chartered Accountant certification across any specialization is mandatory; a certification in Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) is advantageous.
  • Comprehensive expertise in IFRS, Ind AS, GAAP, and CARO regulations is essential.
