Role Overview
In this Talent Acquisition Associate role, you will support hiring across multiple functions and markets. The position involves working closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify hiring needs, source strong candidates, and deliver a smooth, positive candidate journey from first contact through offer closure.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment activities end to end for business, corporate, and technology positions across several markets.
- Work with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, build candidate profiles, and shape sourcing plans.
- Create and maintain candidate pipelines through sourcing, networking, referrals, and market mapping.
- Review and evaluate applicants based on skills, experience, motivation, and fit with the organization.
- Support candidates throughout the hiring process and help ensure a thoughtful, engaging experience.
- Coordinate interviews, manage communication with stakeholders, support offer discussions, and assist with hiring decisions.
- Research talent markets and monitor competitors to strengthen hiring strategy.
- Share market intelligence, hiring trends, and candidate feedback with hiring managers.
- Use recruitment data and analytics to improve outcomes and support decision-making.
- Look for ways to improve recruitment workflows, efficiency, and candidate experience.
- Use AI-enabled tools and new technologies to improve sourcing, screening, research, and recruiter productivity.
- Contribute to employer branding, recruitment campaigns, campus outreach, and community-building activities.
- Support automation and transformation initiatives that help scale hiring across the business.
Requirements
- 0 to 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Executive Search, Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, Consulting, or similar people-oriented roles.
- Genuine interest in recruiting, talent strategy, and working with business teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with stakeholder management and interpersonal ability.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment while juggling multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with a data-informed approach.
- Comfort with AI tools and emerging technologies, plus curiosity to use them for better productivity, research, and decisions.
- Self-driven, adaptable, resourceful, and eager to keep learning.
