Associates Housing Manager

Role Overview

The Associate Housing Manager is tasked with overseeing all aspects of associate housing management, administration, and ongoing enhancement. This role guarantees a safe, comfortable, and regulatory-compliant living environment that supports associate wellbeing and aligns with Rosewood Red Sea's service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer daily operations of associate housing facilities.
• Ensure accommodation allocations adhere to organizational policies.
• Manage room assignments, modifications, arrivals, and departures.
• Keep precise accommodation records and occupancy data.
• Track housing capacity and anticipate future accommodation needs.
• Create a positive living atmosphere that promotes associates' wellbeing.
• Address housing-related issues promptly and professionally.
• Organize regular accommodation meetings and gather associate feedback.
• Collaborate with Talent & Culture to enhance engagement activities within the housing community.
• Support welfare, recreational, and community-building efforts.
• Perform routine inspections of housing facilities.
• Liaise with Facilities Management and vendors to ensure maintenance tasks are completed on time.
• Oversee cleanliness, housekeeping, pest control, landscaping, and upkeep of common areas.
• Maintain accommodation assets according to established standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• At least five years of relevant experience in accommodation, housing, facilities, hospitality operations, or employee services.
• Prior experience administering large-scale staff housing is highly desirable.
• Background in luxury hospitality, resorts, or remote location operations is considered an advantage.
