Role Overview

Richi Circuitronix Pvt. Limited is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate in Supply Chain Management for its Gurgaon office (Udyog Vihar, Sector 18). The role is focused on supporting supply chain activities for a plastics manufacturing environment, with a strong emphasis on injection moulding operations. The company operates as a PCB design and manufacturing business with industry experience since 2007.

Experience Required

Candidates should bring 3 to 10 years of experience in supply chain or SCM work, ideally within plastics manufacturing and injection moulding.

Core Responsibilities

The position involves managing the supply chain independently, handling commercial and technical coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across procurement, planning, vendors, clients, and internal teams.

• Manage revenue-account activities independently by sharing timely technical and commercial inputs related to the business.
• Guide and train the assigned SCM analyst in daily responsibilities.
• Work directly with clients to ensure smooth customer operations.
• Coordinate closely with the warehouse and shipping teams to support timely delivery to customers.
• Stay proactive, work with minimal supervision, and complete assigned tasks on schedule.
• Prepare MIS reports on time and escalate operational issues or process gaps to management or the team lead.
• Train new joiners on Sage and provide basic PCB-process orientation.
• Track the end-to-end supply chain from factory to end user and raise alerts when schedules deviate.
• Collaborate internally to respond to service requests, questions, and complaints.

Required Background and Skills

The ideal candidate should have hands-on exposure to plastics manufacturing and injection moulding, along with practical SCM knowledge and B2B coordination experience.
