About the Role

GSK Saudi Arabia is dedicated to advancing Vision 2030 and the national agenda by fostering Saudization through focused hiring and development of local talent. This role offers a key opportunity to contribute significantly within the newly formed Hematology franchise, where you will be instrumental in planning and implementing operational strategies for new product launches. Collaboration across multiple teams will be essential to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen advocacy, and achieve patient-centric objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Execute brand operational plans promptly and with high quality, managing marketing campaigns and educational initiatives while ensuring adherence to GSK policies and relevant local regulations.
  • Devote up to 50% of your time engaging directly in the field with healthcare professionals, supporting sales teams, and acquiring important market insights.
  • Partner with healthcare societies to foster a strong reputation and advocacy for GSK's Hematology products.
  • Maintain compliance by ensuring all promotional content and activities are aligned with GSK’s internal standards and Saudi regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales force to provide thorough training on brand communications and promotional tools.
  • Innovate strategies to effectively engage healthcare providers and positively influence their behaviors.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Possess a current pharmacist license validated by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS).
  • Have at least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated history of achieving strong performance outcomes.
  • Previous experience in Oncology or Hematology fields is essential.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
  • Experience in managing projects and strong organizational skills.
  • Business acumen combined with solid analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of key external experts within Oncology/Hematology.
  • Marketing experience is considered a plus.
