As an Associate Product Manager, you will take ownership of a defined product area and be responsible for its direction, delivery, and performance. You will work with engineering, design, and revenue-focused teams to create products that help operators distribute, manage, and transact more effectively across the platform. The position calls for strong analytical thinking, disciplined prioritization, and the ability to turn insight into shipped product outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead a product area from discovery through delivery and into post-launch measurement, with accountability for both user and business results.
• Independently decide what to prioritize by using product data, research insights, and business goals to make informed trade-offs.
• Conduct structured discovery work using user feedback, support signals, and analytics to keep the backlog relevant and commercially aligned.
• Collaborate closely with engineering and design to deliver releases on time and to the expected quality standard.
• Write clear product specifications and user stories that enable smooth execution with limited follow-up clarification.
• Track release performance, compare outcomes with expectations, and use evidence to guide the next round of improvements.
• Translate product progress and results into business language for stakeholder updates and product reviews.
• Manage scope, competing requests, and prioritization changes early so teams remain aligned.

Minimum qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of product management experience with direct ownership of a defined product area from discovery through delivery and post-release evaluation.
• Ability to make independent prioritization decisions using data, including interpreting usage analytics, combining research findings, and making evidence-based trade-offs with limited oversight.
• Practical experience preparing product specifications, maintaining engineering backlogs, and running sprint cycles in an agile or similar delivery setup.
• Strong English communication skills for working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to explain product trade-offs and commercial reasoning.
• Experience working directly with engineering and design to ship releases on schedule and to quality, with personal accountability for what is delivered and how it performs.
• Commercial awareness of how product choices influence adoption, retention, and broader business outcomes.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in a B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform environment, especially where API-driven products, multi-sided marketplace behavior, or complex integrations are involved.
• Familiarity with product discovery and analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar platforms used for deeper prioritization analysis.
• Exposure to payment infrastructure, property management software, or travel distribution systems, with the ability to learn a complex product ecosystem quickly.
