About the Role

The role focuses on ensuring top-tier quality standards for Myntra's premium brand catalogs, encompassing the establishment of benchmarks and thorough auditing across various product parameters to maintain compliance and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and uphold quality benchmarks for high-growth and benchmark brands within the Myntra platform.
  • Conduct detailed audits of platform parameters including product images, metadata, compliance measures, and attributes to guarantee alignment with premium catalog standards.
  • Monitor for cataloging errors, compliance issues, and data discrepancies that might impede product listings going live.
  • Manage end-to-end workflows for products blocked or suppressed from being visible on the platform, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Create dedicated internal intervention points and frameworks to enhance visibility and resolve product restrictions.
  • Perform root cause analyses to identify recurring catalog issues and implement long-term, scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and Category teams to align product supply timelines and commercial objectives.
  • Work alongside Content, Studio, and Catalog Operations teams to optimize corrections for flagged products.
  • Provide constructive feedback to external brand partners for improving inbound catalog quality.
  • Design and maintain dashboards tracking inventory status, focusing on metrics like "Blocked vs. Live" items.
  • Measure and continuously improve turnaround times from quality control failures to successful live listings.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management, Operations, or related technical fields.
  • Three to five years of practical experience in e-commerce catalog operations, platform quality, category management, or brand management, preferably within fashion or lifestyle e-commerce domains.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle large-scale product catalogs and manage complex platform parameters effectively.

Skills Required

  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools like PowerBI or Tableau for tracking catalog performance.
  • Detail-oriented approach with expertise in designing smooth operational workflows.
  • Problem-solving capabilities to quickly diagnose and rectify issues in rejected products.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise effectively with internal technical and operational teams as well as external partners.
