Role Overview
In this role, you will act as an Associate Omnichannel Key Account Manager, working as the main connection point between leading brands and internal teams such as Tech, Operations, Bizfin, and Category. The position covers the full lifecycle of brand handling, including onboarding, catalog setup, and ongoing growth support, while ensuring smooth operations and strong performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for brand partners and internal teams to keep communication clear and coordinated.
- Manage listing and store launch activities while closely tracking turnaround timelines for new stores and sub-brands.
- Create and maintain trackers to monitor progress and stay on top of weekly goals.
- Develop and implement brand plans aimed at strengthening market reach and overall performance.
- Review market movements and recommend suitable discounting and promotional approaches to brand partners.
- Prepare marketing budget recommendations that align with GMV and NGMV targets.
- Track live pricing and help maintain appropriate inventory health across brands.
- Address seller payout mismatches and catalog-related issues, and work with Tech and Operations teams to close order-flow or platform-related concerns.
- Support growth of existing brands by expanding stores, categories, and product visibility.
- Identify new brand opportunities and guide prospective partners through onboarding and go-live steps.
Requirements
- Experience in account handling, catalog operations, and inventory management.
- Ability to coordinate across multiple internal teams and external brand stakeholders.
- Comfort with tracking performance, managing timelines, and working toward weekly targets.
- Understanding of pricing, discounting, inventory health, and marketplace operations.
- Capability to troubleshoot operational issues and follow them through to closure.
- Ability to contribute to brand growth planning and onboarding execution.
