- Assist the Planner or Manager with Open-to-Buy tracking and forecasting tools.
- Work with buying, allocation, and merchandising partners to keep strategies aligned and execution on track.
- Build weekly and monthly reports covering sales, inventory, and KPIs such as sell-through and inventory turn.
- Monitor product movement and delivery timing to help maintain healthy stock levels.
- Contribute analytical input for markdown decisions and promotional planning.
- Take part in post-season reviews and use the findings to support future planning cycles.
What they are looking for

- Strong interest in fashion retail and how retail operations work.
- Comfort with Excel, including formulas, number analysis, and report creation.
- Strong accuracy, organization, and a proactive way of working.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
- Exposure to fashion buying, planning, or allocation through an internship or retail role.
- Familiarity with planning platforms or ERP tools such as Anaplan, SAP, JDA, or similar systems is a plus.
- Working knowledge of retail measures like sell-through, gross margin, and inventory turnover.
