Overview

This role is for an Associate Marketing Manager based in the Los Angeles metropolitan area. It is a full-time, on-site position. Note that this is not a position with the company that hosted the posting.

Marketing Coordination and Campaign Delivery

  • Keep marketing projects moving by managing timelines, creative briefs, and final deliverables so launches happen on schedule.
  • Work across brand, digital, retail, and partnership channels to help campaigns run smoothly.
  • Assist in creating marketing collateral, sales decks, and promotional assets.
  • Handle influencer outreach, coordinate campaign rollouts, and compile performance updates.
  • Monitor key marketing metrics and prepare summaries for leadership.

Retail Marketing Support

  • Help with retailer onboarding, vendor portal setup, and product configuration.
  • Roll out retailer-specific promotions, coupon campaigns, and consumer-facing marketing programs.
  • Support in-store marketing materials, point-of-sale displays, and field marketing activities.
  • Plan, fulfill, budget, and report on coupon programs.
  • Assist with trade shows, retailer activations, and promotional events.
  • Review retail performance and evaluate results after promotions end.
  • Coordinate campaign schedules with Sales and Operations teams.

Budget and Administrative Support

  • Assist with planning the marketing budget, tracking spending, and managing vendor invoices.
  • Organize meetings, documentation, and project management workflows for the team.
  • Keep marketing assets and internal reference materials organized and up to date.

Leadership and Team Support

  • Provide operational help for leadership-driven marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate sample shipments and product fulfillment logistics.
  • Support event planning, partnership activity, and other special projects.
  • Track requests, deliverables, and follow-up items to completion.

Copywriting and Brand Support

  • Write and refine copy for packaging, email, social media, websites, and other marketing materials.
  • Make sure all messaging stays consistent with brand standards and positioning.
  • Support legal and regulatory review of marketing claims.
  • Maintain internal libraries of approved copy and claims for team use.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, ideally in CPG, food and beverage, retail, or consumer brands.
  • Strong writing and communication skills across different channels.
  • Highly organized with solid project management capability.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and confident at solving problems.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Positive team player who is eager to learn and grow.
