Job description

Role Overview

Adani Airport Holdings Ltd is hiring an Associate Manager in Talent Acquisition for its Airports business unit in Ahmedabad. The role centers on building and running sourcing plans, partnering with business leaders, and strengthening talent pipelines for both high-volume and senior-level hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition Head and relevant stakeholders to design and implement sourcing plans that support hiring requirements across the Airports BU.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the operating environment, hiring needs, and role expectations.
  • Use market mapping and direct sourcing methods to support both bulk hiring and leadership recruitment.
  • Identify suitable talent pools for assigned business areas through detailed market research.
  • Assess candidates to determine whether they are a strong match for the role and the business need.
  • Collect and interpret market intelligence to aid hiring decisions and improve sourcing effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain a reliable candidate network and pipeline.
  • Create reports and presentations summarizing market research, talent availability, and hiring recommendations for senior leaders.
  • Act as the backup lead for executive hiring when the primary lead is unavailable.
  • Manage documentation and compliance requirements in line with internal processes.

Experience Requirements

The role calls for 6 to 10 years of experience in talent acquisition. Strong capability in stakeholder coordination, sourcing, candidate pipelining, and market mapping for both volume and niche positions is expected. Experience in identifying profiles through direct sourcing channels such as job portals and social media platforms is also required.

Education

A bachelor's degree or a master’s degree is acceptable.
