Role Purpose
This role supports commercial and sales activities for the advertisement function by coordinating day-to-day execution, maintaining client communication, managing data, and assisting with reporting and market research. The position contributes to business growth by helping the team identify opportunities and execute sales initiatives effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales team by coordinating administrative and logistical activities needed to implement sales plans and initiatives.
- Create polished and accurate sales decks, proposals, and contract documents.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to respond to queries, provide assistance, and track pending proposals.
- Build and sustain strong client relationships that encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Maintain precise records of sales activity, client communication, and performance indicators.
- Help prepare sales reports and forecasts for leadership, with clear observations and trends.
- Monitor important sales measures such as revenue growth, conversion performance, and client acquisition cost.
- Compile analytical reports that identify patterns, improvement areas, and practical recommendations.
- Carry out market studies to discover potential leads and growth opportunities.
- Review competitor activity and market movement to guide commercial decisions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders including Sales leadership, Marketing, Finance, Commercial, and Human Resources.
- Interact externally with clients, advertising agencies, vendors, and concessionaires as needed.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline is required.
- Applicants should have 3 to 7 years of experience in sales support, ideally within advertising or media.
