Role Overview
The Associate Manager for Influencer Marketing at amika will assist in orchestrating creator marketing campaigns across both paid and organic channels. Reporting directly to the Influencer Marketing Manager, this role will oversee projects from initial briefings through to performance reporting while managing regular influencer programs such as creator mailers and user-generated content (UGC) initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-conscious, and passionate about influencer marketing, adept at juggling multiple projects and collaborating with various teams to forge exceptional creator partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Social, Brand Marketing, Creative, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce teams to align influencer selections, messaging, and campaign objectives with overall marketing strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of influencer campaigns centered on core product launches, direct-to-consumer sales, Amazon marketplaces, and critical brand programs. Responsibilities include creator coordination, briefing, product dispatch, timeline adherence, and logistical support.
- Administer Tolstoy and support the expansion of UGC efforts across product and landing pages, working closely with the e-commerce department.
- Co-lead the planning and execution of monthly creator mailers, encompassing concept creation, influencer recruitment, fulfillment, and performance assessment.
- Assist with influencer and brand events by handling creator communication, logistics, gifting, and onsite event support.
- Continuously initiate creator discovery and recruitment to sustain growth within influencer communities.
- Support monthly reporting and campaign analysis by monitoring KPIs and generating actionable insights to enhance future initiatives.
- Keep abreast of evolving influencer marketing best practices, strategies, and industry standards, ensuring alignment with brand directives.
Essential Qualifications
- 2-3 years of professional experience in influencer marketing is mandatory.
- Experience within the beauty or haircare industry, either agency-side or in-house, is preferred.
- A strong passion and thorough understanding of beauty influencers.
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Proficiency with influencer management and analytics platforms such as Tribe Dynamics, CreatorIQ, and The You Bar (TYB).
- Demonstrated skills in campaign tracking, reporting, and analysis.
- Excellent written communication and project management capabilities, supporting cross-functional team alignment.
- Highly organized with an ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
- Effective time-management skills with the flexibility to meet tight deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Creative problem-solving abilities, a positive demeanor, and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, content, and programs.
- Sound creative judgment for identifying future brand-aligned partnerships and content opportunities.

Additional Information
The position is based in Los Angeles, CA, and candidates must reside in LA with valid authorization to work in the United States. The salary offered is $82,000 annually, with a potential bonus.
