Associate Manager - Graphics Designer

About the Team

The Marketing, Brand and Communications department at Deloitte India is dedicated to enhancing brand visibility and maintaining a consistent communication style. The team includes professionals specialized in branding, public relations, event management, graphic & video design, digital marketing, research, and copywriting. Within this group, the design team features in-house visualizers, high-level designers, audio-visual experts, and animators with industry experience, equipped to deliver impactful digital and print media solutions.

Role Overview

The role involves working independently with minimal supervision to produce creative and high-quality design materials. The candidate will be tasked with conceptualizing, ideating, and designing a variety of outputs including reports, brochures, communication collateral, event and campaign creatives in formats such as PowerPoint, emailers, Word, and various image formats like PDF, PNG, and JPEG.

Key Responsibilities

• Effectively communicate ideas with strong verbal and written skills, including proper documentation.
• Independently manage projects ensuring adherence to timelines.
• Create engaging visuals for reports, brochures, presentations, email campaigns, and other formats.
• Develop innovative design concepts to surpass quality standards.
• Deliver high-quality graphic content promptly.
• Proficiently utilize multiple design software tools to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor schedules and track time to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Coordinate and manage vendors for outsourced design tasks.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm to continuously develop new design skills and concepts.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree is required.
• Hands-on experience with design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat Reader, and Dreamweaver.
