Job description
Role Overview
The Associate Manager for FPC Ecosystem holds responsibility for maintaining the accuracy, integrity, and timely management of financial planning tools and master data within the FOBO IB Business. This position works closely with FP&A, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure smooth data transitions, robust governance, and insightful business analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer TM1/Mosaic scenarios, forecasts, and planning cycles efficiently.
- Conduct scenario replication processes such as Actuals-to-Forecast and Forecast-to-Plan.
- Support monthly closing and planning activities by administering scenarios promptly.
- Oversee system health by monitoring performance and troubleshooting data processing challenges.
- Perform daily and monthly reconciliations to guarantee complete data synchronization across ERP systems, HFM, TM1, and reporting tools.
- Investigate and resolve any data discrepancies with involved parties.
- Maintain master data sets including profit centers, cost centers, general ledgers, product and customer hierarchies, and new product development configurations.
- Manage reporting mappings, financial allocations, and dimensions.
- Assist in supporting and enhancing Alteryx workflows, Tableau dashboards, and automated reports.
- Champion process improvements through automation and digital tools.
- Provide support during annual planning, forecasting, and month-end closing phases.
- Ensure consistent and accurate financial data throughout planning stages.
- Display a solid understanding of FMCG profit and loss components: revenue, gross profit, trade spend, marketing investments, supply chain costs, operating expenses, and net operating profit before tax.
- Collaborate with regional FP&A teams across the IB.
- Work in partnership with finance business partners, planners, business units, data & analytics, IT, and system support teams.
- Serve as a trusted consultant on financial systems, data quality, and reporting issues.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- A master's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, information systems, or related disciplines. A B.Tech combined with an MBA in Finance is preferred.
- Between 3 to 6 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, finance systems, financial controlling, or finance transformation.
- Experience within FMCG, consumer goods, or beverages sectors is advantageous.
- Hands-on experience with financial planning and forecasting methodologies.
- Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), HFM, SAP/ERP, Alteryx, and Tableau technologies.
