Associate Manager (Client Account Management and Delivery)

About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Manager to lead client account management and oversee project delivery with an emphasis on social impact initiatives. This position is based in Karnataka with a hybrid work model combining remote and office presence. The role involves managing end-to-end projects, leading teams, engaging stakeholders, driving operations, and reporting while requiring significant travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client accounts effectively to nurture ongoing relationships.
• Oversee entire project delivery ensuring milestones and goals are met.
• Lead and coordinate teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and reporting.
• Perform operations management and generate regular performance reports.
• Travel extensively as per project and client requirements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least three years of experience in delivery, operations, or client management roles.
• Experience in social impact, NGOs, CSR initiatives, or government projects is highly preferred.

Additional Information

• Employment is full-time with a hybrid work setup.
• The workweek includes five working days.
• Competitive salary package ranging from ₹40,000 to ₹55,000 per month.
