Role Overview

The Associate Manager, Brand and Sales Enablement, is pivotal in enhancing the brand's presence throughout the sales process nationwide. This role is responsible for creating and managing sales enablement tools that are consistent, effective, and aligned with brand standards. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Brand, this position also oversees brand governance, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and supporting cross-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and continuously optimize a national sales enablement toolkit including product guides and customer materials that support sales engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Regional Operations, Legal, and other teams to ensure accuracy, customer focus, compliance, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Implement a centralized process for handling and prioritizing sales material requests.
  • Evaluate the success of sales materials through metrics and field feedback to inform ongoing improvements.
  • Create and adapt quality print and digital content using tools like Adobe InDesign, Figma, and Canva.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, printing vendors, and production teams to deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and meeting specifications.
  • Review cross-functional materials to confirm conformity with brand standards including visual identity, messaging, and tone.
  • Maintain a repository of brand assets such as letterheads, banners, trade show kits, presentations, and digital content, ensuring updates reflect current guidelines.
  • Identify and address recurring compliance issues by recommending updates to guidelines or toolkits.
  • Support larger brand governance initiatives to enhance consistency, stakeholder understanding, and organizational efficiency.
  • Work with the Senior Manager and agency partners to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns and sponsorship events.
  • Monitor campaign outcomes and provide insights for continual performance enhancement.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, sales enablement, creative production, or similar fields.
  • Proven track record in creating customer-facing sales or marketing materials for print and digital channels.
  • Exceptional project management capabilities, adept at handling multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholder needs concurrently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy, brand consistency, and quality control.
  • Effective collaborator able to work with diverse teams while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalents.
  • Experience supporting distributed sales operations or multi-location business models.
  • Familiarity with enforcing brand guidelines and governance procedures.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is between 74,817 and 118,211 CAD per year, inclusive of base pay and potential bonuses. Incentive pay is performance-based and not guaranteed.
