  • Provide strong relationship management and day-to-day support for assigned customers.
  • Create and deliver customer proposals that clearly showcase Fujitsu solutions.
  • Keep professional knowledge current through certifications, learning, and product updates so advice remains accurate and relevant.
  • Develop productive working relationships with vendor representatives and use vendor resources to support sales goals.
  • Track pipeline activity and opportunities in Fujitsu’s Salesforce system and share pipeline visibility with key vendors.
  • Coordinate prompt and accurate invoicing with the Fujitsu New Zealand Finance team.
  • Take on additional duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
  • At least 5 years of experience in software licensing.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft programs and products.
  • Preferred exposure to cyber vendors and licensing.
  • Understanding of cloud usage and billing models.
  • Ability to drive business development activities.
  • Strong Excel ability and familiarity with licensing options.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality support.
  • Capability to build trusted peer relationships by understanding others’ needs and meeting responsibilities.
  • Good time management and organization, including the ability to stay effective under pressure.
  • High attention to detail.

Why join Fujitsu

  • Join an organization that values fairness, equality, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Be part of an environment that encourages people to bring their whole selves to work.
  • Access tailored career paths that support both professional and personal growth.
  • Work for a company with a strong reputation among customers in the region and globally.
  • Benefit from strong reward and recognition programs, flexible work options, volunteering leave, and more.
  • Work in a culture guided by aspiration, trust, and empathy.

Transgender and gender-diverse applicants may request a copy of the company’s Frequently Asked Questions to support the recruitment process.

Additional information

Applicants are encouraged not to self-reject if they do not meet every requirement. Fujitsu places greater value on inclusion, collaboration, adaptability, courage, and integrity than on ticking every box. For more information, candidates may contact the careers team by email.
