Job description
Role Overview
This position is responsible for overseeing comprehensive employee wellness and benefits programs, focusing on engagement initiatives and continuous improvement to ensure governance and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end management of employee wellness and benefits, and related engagement programs.
- Drive enhancements in wellness initiatives, maintaining adherence to governance standards and scalability across the organization.
- Develop and implement communication plans and campaigns that increase awareness and active participation across various regions.
- Collaborate with internal leadership, Business HR, Centers of Excellence, and external vendors to plan and deliver offerings aligned with organizational and employee requirements.
- Track program effectiveness through analytics, feedback, and dashboards, assessing metrics such as engagement rates, usage, and employee sentiment.
- Handle vendor relationships, including onboarding processes, contract renewals, performance evaluations, and ensuring delivery quality.
- Respond promptly to queries from stakeholders and employees relating to wellness and benefits to uphold high satisfaction levels.
- Manage an engagement calendar encompassing initiatives like webinars and both short-term and long-term programs promoting comprehensive well-being.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and data privacy protocols concerning employee benefits.
- Support process improvements and standard operating procedure development for wellness program administration and participant enrollments.
- Conduct benchmarking exercises to compare wellness and benefits programs against industry trends and peer organizations.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, MBA, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience spanning various HR functions.
- Expertise in program design, stakeholder engagement, and HR operations management.
