  • Take part in and help track creative work with agencies, technical development with internal support teams and manufacturers, fragrance development with perfumers and R&D, and operational tasks such as product code creation and quotation follow-up.
  • Monitor the full product development cycle, including mockups, artwork preparation, and coordination with factories and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and external partners to shape a strong 360-degree strategy that connects products, gift sets, GWP, big ideas, visual assets, and digital content for retailers and markets.
  • Draft briefs for stakeholders and outside partners involved in 360-degree execution.
  • Support and track communications campaigns.
  • Develop seasonal themes, gift sets, and 360-degree activations for major commercial moments such as Christmas and Mother’s Day.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all initiatives and ensure alignment with the brand’s creative and commercial direction.
  • Work within internal processes to stay aligned with timelines, technical feasibility, and budget limits.

360-Degree Marketing

  • Assist with the coordination of 360-degree activations across teams such as Communications, Retail, Purchasing, GWPs, and Operational Marketing.
  • Help plan and run photo shoots with agencies and studios.

Cross-Functional Duties

  • Handle targeted requests from markets and expert teams.
  • Prepare presentations and communication materials, including decks and mockups.
  • Support internal event planning, especially the International Seminar, by creating presentation assets such as visual shoots and films, managing mockups and POSM materials, and coordinating across departments and outside partners.
  • Help prepare creative and business meetings with the Fashion House, including presentations and mockups.
  • Assist with budget preparation and ongoing financial monitoring.
  • Conduct market and trend analysis and keep track of new launches and competitors.
  • Review brand performance within the market and monitor competitor pricing, product range, and positioning.
