Join CBRE Asia Pacific as an Associate Director specializing in residential valuations. Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct residential property valuations throughout Tauranga and neighboring regions with flexible preferences for work locations.
  • Engage in a variety of assignments including Valuation Ordering System (VOS) instructions, private client projects, and specialized residential sectors like public works compensation.
  • Utilize advanced industry software to improve efficiency in valuation reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with a high-performing national team of valuation experts.

Candidate Profile

  • Must be a registered residential valuer in New Zealand or Australia.
  • Possess prior experience in residential property valuation within New Zealand or Australia.

  • Customer-focused with outstanding communication capabilities.
