- Work in close partnership with clients, brand managers, analytics teams, creative teams, and media planners to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Turn performance data into practical insights, strategic recommendations, and clear next steps for both clients and internal teams.
- Create and present detailed reports and presentations that use data storytelling to explain results, opportunities, and strategic direction.
- Continuously experiment with and improve media approaches in response to platform changes and performance trends.
- Make sure campaign execution stays aligned with each client’s larger business goals.
What the role requires
- At least 8 years of experience in digital media buying and performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and programmatic or CTV platforms such as DV360, The Trade Desk, or Basis.
- Proven background managing substantial digital budgets, typically $500K or more per month, across multiple brands or accounts.
- Strong command of measurement and tracking tools, including Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking setup.
- Experience creating dashboards and reporting in tools such as Google Data Studio or Looker Studio.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support media buying or performance marketing teams.
- Excellent analytical ability with a talent for translating complex data into concise narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially in client-facing settings.
- Self-driven work style and comfort working independently in a fast-moving remote-friendly environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage several priorities and campaigns at once.
- Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or multi-location retail marketing is a strong advantage.
What is offered
- Compensation that is competitive and aligned with experience and leadership responsibility.
- Fully remote work setup with location flexibility.
- Opportunity to lead large-scale, high-impact campaigns across major digital media platforms.
- A leadership position with direct responsibility for mentoring and growing a media buying team.
- Exposure to a diverse portfolio of fast-growing clients in restaurant and multi-location retail.
- A collaborative culture that values performance, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- High ownership and autonomy with minimal bureaucracy.
- An ongoing learning environment with room to deepen expertise in advanced media technologies and platforms.
