Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Associate Director to join our Corporate Broking team in Auckland. This position involves managing a portfolio of corporate clients, acting as their primary point of contact, and delivering precise, professional service tailored to their insurance needs. Alongside fostering enduring client relationships, you will identify new business prospects and work towards expanding the portfolio.
Responsibilities
Your key duties will include preparing proposals for prospective clients, managing client renewals including premium calculations, and providing mentorship and support to other team members as required.
Qualifications and Skills
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 5 General Insurance qualification and possess significant experience handling a corporate insurance book. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities are essential, as is the capacity to think strategically and offer comprehensive solutions to clients within your portfolio.
