Job description

Overview

The Client Service team at Guidepoint links clients with subject-matter experts to enhance their business decision-making processes. Team members take the time to grasp each client’s distinct research objectives and connect them with the experts most relevant to the topic—often within a matter of hours. This role is crucial to Guidepoint's ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to formulate strategies addressing each client’s project needs.
  • Research and source experts through platforms like LinkedIn, press releases, case studies, and other online resources to find the best subject-matter specialists for client inquiries.
  • Recruit promising new experts to expand Guidepoint’s network, encouraging their participation in expert consultations.
  • Screen candidates to ensure their expertise aligns closely with client project requirements and develop detailed professional profiles for client presentation.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Previous internships, volunteer roles, or extracurricular involvement are beneficial.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the UAE.
