Job description
Role Overview
This position involves assisting Account Managers in financial oversight activities including P&L analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and evaluating performance metrics for key accounts. The role requires preparation and validation of Management Information System (MIS) reports and development of business presentations for various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Account Managers with the tracking and analysis of account profitability, budgets, and forecasts.
- Generate and verify periodic MIS reports to ensure accurate data and actionable insights.
- Contribute to creation of business decks, client presentations, and executive level reporting for internal and external use.
- Monitor account performance through KPIs, identifying risks and opportunities for management review.
- Work closely with operations, finance, and delivery teams for seamless cross-functional coordination.
- Assist in annual and quarterly budgeting efforts by providing insightful financial analyses.
- Maintain governance of accounts through documentation, reviews, and progress monitoring.
- Handle daily support functions including coordination, escalation management, and communication with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical acumen with capability in financial modeling and business reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with dashboards and Business Intelligence tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with expertise in creating professional presentations.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Eligibility and Experience
- Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
