Role Overview
Join Nestlé USA to help shape growth for a portfolio of well-known brands and contribute to a workplace that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. This role sits within the Expansion Desk and supports the long-term growth of the RTD business unit by identifying new brand and category opportunities, building strong innovation plans, and helping drive them through cross-functional execution. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing.
What You’ll Do
- Build a detailed understanding of consumers using data and research, including demographics, psychographics, occasions, purchase behavior, and decision drivers.
- Study competitor activity and consumer trends to uncover actionable insights.
- Turn market intelligence into innovation ideas, brand communications, retail programs, and internal selling materials.
- Lead new products from concept through launch and continue to manage the platforms after release.
- Own brand projects end to end with a clear link to consumer insights and the 3-year strategic plan.
- Use resources responsibly while tracking marketing ROI and financial performance.
- Work with Sales and customer teams to deliver strategy in an omni-channel environment and improve retail execution.
- Review promotional activity to improve efficiency and recommend better investment choices.
- Translate the 3-year strategy into an annual commercial plan that supports sales and marketing activity across retailer channels and partners.
- Create differentiated solutions that build brand value and influence purchase decisions.
What We’re Looking For
- A university degree in marketing or a related business discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- An MBA is preferred.
- Experience controlling budgets and working within policies and procedures.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, research, and strategic analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and stay effective in changing situations.
- Solid problem-solving, decision-making, and business judgment.
- Comfort with basic financial concepts, including risk and return analysis.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organization, prioritization, and self-management abilities for multiple deadlines and tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in product or brand management.
- Proven ability to guide cross-functional teams toward shared brand goals.
- Experience using consumer and market analytics to support brand growth planning.

Compensation and Benefits
The estimated pay range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000 per year. Final compensation may vary depending on background, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. Nestlé also offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, including a 401(k) with company match, healthcare coverage, and other benefits.
