Role overview
Antalpha is seeking an Associate AI Product Manager who can connect technical capabilities, commercial goals, and customer needs to shape AI-driven products that create measurable value. In this Singapore-based onsite role, you will collaborate with engineering, AI, design, and business stakeholders to define the product direction, improve the user journey, and move initiatives from concept through launch.
This opportunity is best suited to someone who understands both the promise and the practical limits of current AI technologies and is motivated by building useful products in a fast-changing environment.
What you will own
- Set the product vision, strategy, and priority list so it stays aligned with business objectives.
- Spot customer pain points, market gaps, and new AI trends that can inform product direction.
- Build and maintain roadmaps that balance immediate delivery needs with longer-term innovation.
- Convert business goals and user needs into clear product requirements and user stories.
- Partner closely with AI engineers and developers to deliver features with strong impact.
- Coordinate product planning, testing, iteration, and launch activities.
- Collect and interpret customer feedback, usage patterns, and market insights to guide improvements.
- Design AI-enabled workflows that are easy to use, dependable, and genuinely useful.
- Drive better adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction through continuous refinement.
- Keep up with developments in LLMs, AI agents, RAG, automation, and related technologies.
- Assess emerging tools and methods to uncover opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Make sure AI capabilities support customer needs and measurable business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- 1 to 3 years of software development experience.
- Solid understanding of AI technologies such as LLMs, conversational AI, AI agents, or automation platforms.
- Ability to turn technical ideas into clear business value.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluency in both English and Chinese is required.
- Demonstrated self-starter mindset with the ability to move work forward and engage stakeholders independently with minimal oversight.
- Bonus advantage for candidates who have helped launch AI products, worked with prompt engineering or model evaluation, or designed AI workflows.
- Additional plus for a background in software engineering, data science, machine learning, startup environments, high-growth companies, or self-initiated product/side projects.
