Role Summary

This position supports a major enterprise client account and works closely with account strategists, project managers, and cross-functional partners to keep work well organized, communication steady, and creative output moving smoothly from brief to final delivery. It is a strong fit for someone early in their career who wants to build a foundation in account management while contributing meaningfully right away.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will assist with client communication, maintain project records, help coordinate deliverables, and watch for risks or missing details that could affect timelines. The role also includes reviewing materials before delivery, supporting collaboration across creative and production teams, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your knowledge grows.

Key Focus Areas

  • Help prepare meeting materials, draft status updates, and track follow-ups so client communication stays clear and organized.
  • Maintain account documents, resources, client wikis, and internal trackers to keep information current and accessible.
  • Support delivery across multiple campaigns by coordinating intake, monitoring timelines, and helping teams stay on schedule.
  • Spot missing inputs, workflow risks, or blockers early and raise them before they affect delivery.
  • Check assets before they are sent out to confirm they meet requirements and quality standards.
  • Work alongside project management, creative strategy, design, copy, and production teams to keep priorities aligned and communication effective.
  • Build a working understanding of creative production, client services, and enterprise marketing while expanding your scope over time.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, client services, marketing, or agency support, ideally in a digital marketing, creative, or advertising environment.
  • Strong planning and organizational ability, with comfort managing several projects and shifting priorities.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with a polished, client-oriented style.
  • High attention to detail and a consistent focus on quality.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Asana or similar platforms.
  • A proactive approach, including the confidence to ask questions, solve problems, and complete tasks reliably.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative remote setting across multiple time zones.
  • Must live or work within the Eastern Time Zone.

Preferred Background

  • Experience or exposure to creative production, content, video, or design workflows.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Frame.io, Figma, Airtable, Workfront, or Box.
  • Exposure to B2B, SaaS, technology, or enterprise clients.
  • Prior support for paid media, content marketing, or growth marketing initiatives.
  • Internship or professional experience in digital marketing or creative production.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is $50,000 to $60,000 per year. Final base pay will depend on the candidate’s experience and qualifications and may vary within the stated market range.

Location and Work Setup

This is a remote role supporting a distributed team. The company hires full-time employees in Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.

Although New Engen has offices in Seattle, New York, and Northwest Arkansas, remote employees are supported across the country. Applicants for this role must reside or work within the Eastern Time Zone.
