About the role
This position is based in Dublin, Ireland and sits within the SMB CEE team. The organization operates with a flexible approach to work that blends home and office time on selected days, guided by business needs. The role is focused on serving customers across Central and Eastern Europe, with primary emphasis on Romania initially and expansion to as many as 20 countries over time.
The main objective of the role is to uncover new upsell opportunities, grow existing accounts, and help customers realize the full value of the company’s solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, support usage and renewal conversations, and proactively identify and convert new business opportunities within your portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and drive the renewal cycle for SMB customers in a high-volume environment.
- Develop strong relationships across multiple levels inside client organizations and become a reliable advisor and advocate.
- Match solutions to customer business priorities and clearly communicate value to improve retention, renewals, and growth.
- Track changing customer needs and adjust your approach to reduce risk and strengthen long-term impact, while considering industry and market headwinds and tailwinds.
- Prospect actively across your book of business using frequent outreach and structured calling activity.
- Advise client CHRO talent strategy and help execute it through the product suite.
- Help customers fully use their solution and make the value of the product visible to them.
- Map stakeholders across all lines of business for each account and build multi-level customer relationships.
- Push for early closure, build a healthy pipeline, and maintain solid relationships with current clients.
- Consistently close renewal and expansion opportunities at or above quota.
- Create and execute a territory plan and maintain dependable forecasts.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience.
- Strong business-level English communication skills.
- Business fluency in Romanian is preferred.
- Proven success in outperforming sales targets in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
- Ability to generate outbound pipeline and close deals at scale.
- Good understanding of SaaS pricing structures, contract terms, and customer buying behavior.
- Background in the recruitment industry is preferred.
- Experience working with HR teams and senior HR leaders is preferred.
