About the Role

This role is crucial for providing support to a specific client, focusing on triaging and managing tickets related to the SAP environment. You will be responsible for receiving, logging, classifying, and escalating support requests to the appropriate teams, ensuring high-quality service and efficient demand flow.

Responsibilities

Perform triage, logging, and classification of support tickets.
Escalate demands to the relevant support teams.
Monitor ticket progress and assist in meeting established deadlines.
Ensure accurate information is recorded in the service desk systems.
Assist in identifying and categorizing incoming requests.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper demand processing.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields.
Possess a communicative, proactive, and organized demeanor.
Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
Exhibit ease in working collaboratively within a team.
Possess basic computer literacy and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
Show a keen interest in developing a career in technology and support.
