Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and committed professional to join the Jeddah team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will delight customers with high-quality service and help strengthen the APM brand by building meaningful relationships with in-store clients.

What You Will Do

• Assist the store leadership team with sales and day-to-day store operations.
• Review performance indicators and support KPI analysis.
• Handle staff scheduling and rostering.
• Support visual merchandising standards in the store.
• Contribute to CRM activities and customer relationship building.
• Help guide and coordinate the store team.

Candidate Profile

The ideal applicant has a genuine affinity for the APM Monaco brand, a strong customer-service mindset, and a polished, approachable manner.

Experience and Skills

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury retail or fashion retail.
• Minimum 2 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in sales and CRM performance.
• Confident communication skills in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.

Additional Information

Candidate with less experience may be considered for the Store Supervisor position.

The work location is Westfield Jeddah.
