Job description
Role overview
We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) for the Stradivarius store in the Mall of Berlin on a full-time basis. In this role, you turn strategy into visible day-to-day results on the shop floor and help connect people, performance, and processes.
What you will do
You will lead teams, support the development of talent, and help ensure that commercial goals are actively achieved in daily store operations. Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help shape decisions, set priorities, and move the store forward every day.
Your influence will be visible across the team, the sales floor, and the numbers through your focus on sales, customer service, and team atmosphere.
What the role involves
This position combines leadership, operational coordination, and commercial responsibility. You will help create a store environment where guidance gives direction, motivation drives results, and continuous improvement becomes part of the routine.
Benefits and additional information
You will receive an attractive compensation package that includes holiday bonus and Christmas bonus, plus 30 vacation days per year. From the start, you will be supported with comprehensive training and real opportunities to grow within the company.
Additional benefits include a 25% employee discount across all INDITEX brands, a free Urban Sports Club M membership, and access to further partner deals. Free period products are available in every store.
The company also offers “Family Start Time,” which provides additional shared time for partners in the event of a birth or adoption.
You will join an environment that encourages learning, welcomes mistakes as part of development, and values your contribution. The workplace is built to give you room, support, and a team where you can develop your own vision.
Inclusion and equal opportunity
The employer describes itself as a global fashion company committed to diversity, support for the LGBTQIA+ community, and equal opportunity. Inclusion of people with disabilities is an established part of its identity, with flexible and individualized support available.
Application note
This is the beginning of your story with the company. You are invited to apply and show who you are.
