Core Responsibilities

• Co-lead and inspire a high-performing team, encouraging teamwork and shared objectives.

• Support the daily store operation, ensuring adherence to company policies and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and cleanliness.
• Prioritize health and safety by performing regular risk assessments and creating a secure environment.
• Assist in recruiting and retaining quality team members to strengthen store performance.
• Help achieve and surpass sales targets by monitoring KPIs and implementing effective strategies.
• Manage stock levels and delivery processes while implementing loss prevention measures.
• Lead customer service excellence, promptly address customer feedback, and represent the Mountain Warehouse brand positively.
• Engage with the local community to foster a welcoming atmosphere and build brand loyalty.
