Key Responsibilities

Work alongside the Store Manager to oversee and lead the store team, driving sales growth and maintaining store standards. Take shared accountability with the Store Manager for sales targets, store presentation, and team leadership. Ensure customers enjoy a distinct and satisfying shopping experience during each visit by providing excellent customer service and managing store stock effectively. Embrace responsibility for store operations without rigid central control, emphasizing proactive leadership in a lively retail environment.

Candidate Profile

• Previous experience in a retail assistant managerial role or equivalent setting.
• Strong enthusiasm for managing store operations and merchandising to uphold excellent store standards.
• Capability to deliver outstanding customer experiences that promote loyalty and repeat footfall.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to work independently.
• A visible and positive leader who leads by example and can transform ideas into actionable plans.

Salary: Annual pay of €38,000.
