Assistant Store Manager (all genders) - Part-time

Role Overview

GANT is looking for a part-time Assistant Store Manager in Hannover, Lower Saxony. In this role, you will support day-to-day store leadership, step in for the Store Manager when needed, and take responsibility for agreed areas of the store operation.

What You Will Do

• Cover for the Store Manager during absences and manage your own assigned responsibilities in coordination with the team.
• Work continuously on improving store KPIs and operational performance.
• Encourage, identify potential in, and help develop the entire store team.
• Provide expert customer advice and actively drive sales.
• Use the merchandise management and cash register systems confidently and accurately.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines consistently.
• Represent and communicate the GANT lifestyle to both employees and customers.

What We Are Looking For

• Completed commercial training or relevant retail experience; career changers are also welcome if they bring a strong service mindset and a clear connection to the GANT brand.
• Ideally several years of leadership experience.
• Solid business understanding and the ability to turn KPI analysis into concrete actions.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and a high level of personal accountability.
• Confident, positive presence in daily interactions.
• Strong selling skills and the ability to act as a brand ambassador for GANT.
