Realstar is hiring a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to live and work at one of its residential properties in Collingwood or Owen Sound, Ontario. The position is site-based and requires both team members to reside on the property while handling building operations and resident support.

Work schedule

The role includes four weekdays each week, every second weekend, and evening on-call coverage. Candidates should be comfortable with a live-in arrangement and a schedule that includes some evening and weekend availability.
