Assistant Nurse - OPD

Job Summary

This role is based at Mediclinic City Hospital in Dubai, UAE, and involves delivering patient-focused, evidence-based nursing care while working under the guidance of a Registered Nurse. The Assistant Nurse collaborates within a multidisciplinary team to ensure professional and ethical standards as required by regulatory authorities and the organization.

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist in providing high-quality patient care in the Outpatient Department (OPD), under a Registered Nurse's supervision, complying with clinical standards and legal requirements.
• Promote patient safety by recognizing, preventing, and managing potential risks per Mediclinic Middle East policies and relevant laws.
• Foster a positive patient experience by maintaining a supportive environment as directed by nursing leadership.
• Support a culture of continuous learning to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possession of a Nursing Diploma is mandatory.
• Minimum of two years' experience working in an outpatient department (OPD) setting is essential.
• Experience assisting physicians in OPD Cardiology or OPD Endocrinology is required.
