About the role
The Assistant Nightfill Manager role is designed as a strong entry point into retail leadership at Woolworths Group. In this position, you will build core leadership capability through the Stores Leadership Pathway while supporting the daily running of the department and helping create a positive shopping experience for customers.
This role works closely with the broader store team to keep operations running smoothly, support team members, and contribute to a safe, inclusive, and productive workplace. It is part of a career pathway intended to help you grow into future leadership opportunities.
Roster
Roster option 1: Sunday to Thursday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM.

- Supporting the department with day-to-day operations and team coordination.
- Helping ensure customers receive a consistently positive in-store experience.
- Working across the store with other teams to deliver strong outcomes.
- Following correct safety processes and keeping safety front of mind for both customers and team members.
- Learning leadership fundamentals and building confidence in a first leadership role.
- Supporting the development of a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
