Role Overview
The Assistant, Marketing role supports the Pop/Dance Marketing Team within Atlantic Records. This fast-paced position includes administrative support and executing creative marketing strategies, providing exposure to all phases of the recorded music business from ideation to campaign completion. Collaboration with internal teams and external vendors is essential to managing artist projects and campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily schedules, calls, and calendars for marketing leadership.
- Support the creation and implementation of marketing concepts and digital campaigns.
- Work alongside team members to produce promotional materials and oversee product manufacturing such as posters and merchandise.
- Plan and manage logistics for artist events and activations including budget oversight through to execution.
- Handle organization and management of assets like singles and project materials from third parties.
- Prepare and dispatch company-wide email notifications regarding new releases.
- Manage submission and tracking of expense reports and invoices to ensure timely payments.
- Maintain and update marketing documents and artist one-sheets regularly.
Candidate Profile
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively under pressure.
- Self-driven and proactive with excellent motivation and planning abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Adobe Photoshop, and Mailchimp.
- A keen awareness of current trends in music and technology culture.
- Competent in analyzing data from digital service providers.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or background in music marketing or administrative roles.
- Basic skills in graphic design and a strong aesthetic sense.
- A passion for learning and professional growth within the Atlantic Records roster.
Additional Information

The company values on-site collaboration and requires the role holder to work at least 4 days per week in the office to foster talent development and strong teamwork.
