Role Overview

This position supports property-level marketing and communications for a luxury hotel, with a strong emphasis on promoting the hotel brand through traditional, digital, and social channels. Working under the Assistant Director of Marketing and Communication, the role contributes to direct marketing plans, targeted campaigns, and channel activation that improve guest awareness, preference, market share, and overall brand visibility.

A major part of the job is spotlighting food and beverage promotions for both hotel guests and local audiences. The role also works closely with regional eCommerce and marketing teams to ensure local, social, and digital activity is aligned with the property’s selling strategy. In addition, the position blends marketing, eCommerce, and public relations responsibilities to support revenue, reputation, and communications goals.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves planning and executing property marketing activity within budget, coordinating campaigns with hotel leadership, and supporting promotional efforts that drive incremental revenue. It also includes managing advertising coordination, email and display campaigns, social media engagement, online reputation, PR activity, collateral production, and photo/video asset management.

Success in this role is measured by contribution to the property’s sales and revenue strategy, growth in social media engagement, and effective use of regional marketing resources to deliver compelling campaigns.

Education and Experience

Candidates should have either a 2-year degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field plus 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, digital, or a related professional area; or a 4-year bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field plus 2 years of similar experience. Experience in hospitality marketing or digital advertising is preferred.
