Role overview
We are seeking a motivated Deputy Manager for the Oysho store in Stratford Westfield, London Area. This role suits someone who enjoys leading by example, developing people, and creating an excellent shopping experience in a busy, product-led retail setting.

What you will do
- Work closely with the General Manager to help improve store results and commercial performance.
- Take an active leadership role on the shop floor with energy, accountability, and pace.
- Coach team members so they can offer strong product guidance and tailored customer service.
- Maintain excellent visual presentation standards and ensure customers have a smooth, enjoyable journey in store.
- Support stock movement, store operations, and compliance activities while keeping a close eye on detail.
- Help create a team that is inclusive, committed, and high performing.
What we are looking for
- Previous experience in a fast-moving retail environment at supervisor or management level.
- Good commercial judgement and confidence in making decisions and taking action.
- A coaching mindset with the ability to develop people and strengthen team capability.
