Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee extensive, technologically advanced, large-scale warehouse operations, particularly for Fresh and Vegetable (FnV) products.
  • Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for warehousing, establishing benchmarks for performance.
  • Collaborate closely with various departments to achieve overarching business objectives.
  • Manage warehouse efficiency and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Handle distribution, including mid-mile logistics.
  • Plan and manage reverse logistics operations.
  • Identify and analyze the root causes of inventory discrepancies through cause-and-effect analysis.
  • Boost productivity and enhance cost-efficiency within the warehouse.
  • Ensure adherence to FEFO (First-Expired, First-Out) and FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles for inventory management.
  • Coordinate with Dark Store operations teams to facilitate smooth material flow.
  • Conduct warehouse stock audits and work to minimize shrinkage.
  • Engage with diverse teams to refine processes and operational workflows.
  • Develop an annual operational calendar, particularly for peak seasons, and align operations with demand requirements.
