Overview
This role focuses on the full lifecycle of Trade Promotion Management (TPM) pricing work, including execution, control, and ongoing optimization. The position is responsible for keeping promotional pricing accurate, administering contracts, maintaining trade compliance, and delivering dependable service by working closely with internal teams and customers. It also plays an important part in ensuring clean data, smooth trade execution, and continuous process improvement across TPM operations.
Responsibilities
- Carry out pricing tasks throughout the TPM process with emphasis on precision, timeliness, and policy compliance.
- Create, check, and update promotional prices, trade allowances, rebates, and customer-specific commercial offers.
- Review inputs used for promotions, agreements, and claims to confirm they are correct.
- Analyze pricing mismatches, trace the underlying cause, and help close issues quickly.
- Follow approved pricing plans, commercial terms, and governance requirements at all times.
- Prepare, validate, and send trade promotion contracts for QC review.
- Make sure each contract matches the approved event, pricing, and trade terms exactly.
- Maintain promotional calendars and keep all connected systems current, including TPM tools, Sales Planner, customer portals, and SAP/ERP.
- Assist with claim verification and validation of trade spend.
