Job Overview

This role involves overseeing the planning, execution, tracking, control, and completion of multiple programmes, ensuring alignment with organizational policies, goals, and commitments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution phases of programmes, ensuring timely completion.
  • Maintain alignment of programmes with company policies and strategic objectives.
  • Create, coordinate, and disseminate comprehensive programme management plans.
  • Manage programme budgets effectively to meet financial goals.
  • Engage with customers to understand and address their requirements and expectations.
  • Identify potential programme risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Possess a degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong competencies in project management, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Willingness to undertake international travel as required.
  • Familiarity with the Defence Industry is advantageous.
  • Applicants must be Singaporean citizens.
