Position Overview
The Assistant Manager of Partnership Marketing will be responsible for leading co-marketing initiatives that enhance demand generation during key periods and major events, especially within the attractions and tourism sectors. This role involves strategizing, executing, and optimizing partner campaigns that align with the organization's marketing calendar and priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement joint marketing campaigns designed to boost demand during seasonal events, significant intellectual properties, and peak travel times.
- Ensure partnership efforts reinforce both foundational and heightened demand phases throughout the year.
- Manage all stages of partner campaign execution including CRM, digital, social media, offline platforms, and other channels.
- Maintain strict adherence to timelines, approvals, and quality control across multiple partners and campaigns.
- Maximize campaign reach by leveraging partner platforms and ecosystems, securing optimal visibility, placement, and engagement opportunities.
- Translate organizational marketing goals into actionable partner requirements such as featured placements and co-funded promotions.
- Modify campaign formats and offers to fit diverse partner channels while achieving core marketing objectives.
- Explore and propose extensions or improvements to campaigns beyond the initial agreements.
- Utilize partner databases, platforms, and content channels to expand audience reach and amplify campaign awareness.
- Ensure strong integration across partner touchpoints including apps, websites, CRM systems, content, and influencer collaborations where applicable.
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to tailor campaign materials for partner-specific formats and maintain consistent messaging adapted to target audiences.
- Oversee version control of marketing assets distributed through various partners and markets.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and traffic across all partners; consolidate outcomes to evaluate impact on demand generation.
- Identify areas for campaign optimizations based on performance insights to enhance partner contributions and results.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, and other Business Units to ensure cohesive strategy execution and alignment with overall company objectives.
Job Requirements
- 4 to 6 years professional experience in marketing, particularly in activations, brand experiential campaigns, or similar fields.
- Demonstrable expertise in the attractions, tourism, or destination marketing industries.
- Strong analytical abilities combined with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Capability to present compelling ideas clearly in both individual discussions and group presentations.
- Creative and critical thinking skills for effective problem-solving.
- Proven project management aptitude with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing several projects concurrently.
- Self-driven and capable of leading and motivating team members effectively.
