Role overview

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a meticulous and proactive Assistant Manager - Operational Readiness to support the launch and smooth ongoing operation of its projects. In this position, you will work alongside leadership and internal stakeholders to make sure operational readiness is aligned with the company’s ambition to deliver exceptional entertainment and leisure experiences.

What you will do

  • Help shape and implement operational readiness plans for both new and ongoing initiatives.
  • Work with teams across the business to collect operational needs and confirm readiness expectations are being achieved.
  • Spot potential operational risks during readiness activities and contribute to mitigation plans.
  • Assist with training and capability-building efforts so employees are equipped with the right knowledge and skills.
  • Track operational performance indicators and share updates that support ongoing improvement.
  • Encourage effective coordination and clear communication among stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on operational objectives.
  • Support a workplace culture centered on strong guest experience and high operational standards.

What we are looking for

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Operations Management, or a closely related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in operational readiness, project management, or a similar role, ideally within hospitality, entertainment, or leisure.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability, with close attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, plus the interpersonal strength to collaborate across functions.
  • Comfort managing several priorities at once and meeting demanding deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • A demonstrated history of improving processes and maintaining high standards of operation.
  • Familiarity with the Saudi Arabian entertainment industry and local cultural context is a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong drive for excellence in operational readiness.
