About the Role

We are seeking talented individuals for the roles of Assistant Manager, Manager, or Senior Manager within our Enterprise Risk team during an exciting phase of expansion and transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a vital member of the Governance, Risk and Compliance Services group and broader consulting team.
- Provide advisory services to clients on pragmatic, streamlined, and best-practice risk and compliance management approaches.
- Support clients to develop and evolve their risk management frameworks, policies, standards, governance structures, and processes.
- Assist in embedding a strong risk culture and effective risk reporting to management.
- Lead or contribute to client workshops, analyze documentation, and produce comprehensive reports and deliverables.
- Drive business development activities, including thought leadership participation, proposal creation, and identifying growth opportunities within client engagements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of risk management functions and current risk challenges.
- Engage diverse stakeholders effectively with strong interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within the team.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a risk management role, preferably within financial services or second line risk functions.
- Familiarity with risk and compliance frameworks and associated methodologies.
- Transferable skills and experience in operational risk or related areas are advantageous.
- A positive and adaptable mindset with eagerness to embrace challenges and growth opportunities.
- Confident communicators who demonstrate inclusive and collaborative working styles.
