Job Overview
Qiddiya invites experienced investment management professionals to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on evaluating, initiating, and overseeing real estate investment opportunities. It requires a proactive approach working closely with senior leadership to identify new deals, structure transactions, and manage investment performance.
Key Responsibilities
The position demands active collaboration with internal teams and external parties to ensure successful project outcomes. It involves conducting market research, performing detailed financial due diligence, and creating advanced financial models. The role emphasizes expertise in corporate finance, M&A, and financial structuring to support the company’s growth objectives in real estate.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline is mandatory; MBA, CFA, or similar credentials are preferred.
- A minimum of five years of professional experience in investment management, financial modeling, or M&A advisory, with a preference for backgrounds in real estate or private equity.
- Hands-on experience in corporate finance, M&A modeling, and deal structuring, particularly focusing on real estate investments.
- Previous employment with boutique investment banks like Lazar, Rothschild, Jefferies, or large real estate funds such as Hines, Brookfield, or Capital Land is highly valued.
- Prior exposure to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills in financial modeling, Microsoft Excel, and banking concepts related to M&A processes.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate investment strategies, market trends, portfolio management, and investment analysis in the GCC context.
- Fluent English language skills are required; Arabic proficiency is an added benefit.
