About Wynn Al Marjan Island

Scheduled to open in Spring 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island in the UAE is designed as a luxurious beachfront resort offering entertainment and relaxation for guests. Situated less than 50 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort will feature 1,530 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, 22 dining venues, a theatre, nightclub, and a five-star spa on a scenic island curving into the Arabian Gulf.

Position Overview

We are seeking a competent Assistant Manager for Employee Relations & Services to join our Employee Relations team to contribute to a positive workplace environment and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and develop volunteer teams, community service initiatives, and additional engagement activities.
  • Provide leadership and support for staff activities and participation programs aimed at enhancing employee involvement.
  • Support the implementation of employee wellness and communication programs.
  • Collaborate with other HR units to ensure timely, appropriate employee service delivery at the Employee Service counter.
  • Assist in supervising administrative tasks relating to employee services.
  • Help in fostering a professional, pleasant workplace atmosphere under the guidance of the Employee Services Manager.
  • Maintain confidentiality on all professional matters at all times.
  • Engage constructively and professionally with company team members, management, and contractors.
  • Promote positive workplace relationships, encourage team spirit, and ensure effective communication channels.
  • Comply with company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
  • Maintain appropriate personal grooming and demeanor consistent with company standards.
  • Adhere strictly to health and safety guidelines, avoiding any hazards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and encourage sustainable practices such as reduction, reuse, and recycling in the office environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  • Effective team player able to perform well in demanding, high-pressure environments.
  • At least four years of experience in Human Resources within the hotel sector, including a minimum of four years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience in organizing and managing both internal and external events and activities.
