Job description
About the Role
Mandai Wildlife Group oversees Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a one-of-a-kind nature and wildlife destination in Singapore. The reserve brings together globally recognised wildlife parks and is being transformed through a major renewal plan that will introduce five distinctive parks, nature-led experiences, open green areas, and an environmentally responsible resort next to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve.
What You Will Do
- Plan, run, and optimise local marketing programmes and campaigns for Mandai Wildlife Reserve so it becomes a leading choice for local visitors.
- Support attendance and revenue objectives across the reserve and its parks.
- Strengthen community affection, pride, loyalty, and advocacy for the destination among residents.
- Design and execute campaign strategies that help deliver attendance and revenue KPIs, including attraction-led and ancillary-focused promotions.
- Lead integrated marketing efforts across earned, owned, and paid channels for key and tactical campaigns.
- Safeguard brand consistency while helping build strong awareness and recall across the Mandai brand family.
- Handle end-to-end marketing coordination, including planning, budgeting, approvals, timelines, contingency preparation, analysis, and reporting.
- Partner closely with internal teams such as digital, social, creative, and design to deliver campaigns and project outputs.
- Work with external agencies, production vendors, and in-house designers to create visuals, advertisements, and market-facing collateral.
- Coordinate with media partners to launch media campaigns and improve digital campaign performance.
- Track and control marketing spend to maximise return on investment.
- Identify, negotiate, and manage marketing partnerships with suitable vendors or collaborators.
- Take on special assignments and other related duties as needed.
Requirements
- A diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or an equivalent qualification is required.
- At least 4 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in tourism or hospitality.
- Solid background in branding, consumer marketing, integrated marketing, digital marketing, project management, and budget oversight.
- Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders in a changing, fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable adjusting plans quickly when business needs or market conditions shift.
- Energetic self-starter with a positive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical ability, a results-driven approach, and excellent organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and contribute effectively as part of a team.
